Arrest Made In PA Murder Of NJ Native

A Philadelphia man is in police custody for the 2023 murder of a New Jersey native, officials announced on July 10, 2024.

Kameron B. Nuble, 34, is charged with criminal homicide and is being held without bail, court records show. His charges were filed in connection with the slaying of 46-year-old Legious R. Minder Sr.

Minder was shot and killed at Chubby’s Market, 154 W. St. Joseph's St., last Oct. 26, Easton police said. 

His obituary on the Judd-Beville Funeral Home website said he was a Neptune, NJ native and entrepreneur "known throughout New Jersey, Maryland and Pennsylvania."

He was survived by 17 children and 11 grandchildren, loved ones said. 

The Homicide Fugitive Task Force arrested Nuble at his Northeast Philadelphia home around 6 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, according to police. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 23.
